A complete and accurate profile is the most accurate way to find appropriate jobs.

Once your profile is complete you are ready to receive casting calls in step 2.

They are looking for Han Chinese Males approximately 30-35 years old who can play piano.

Ethnicity is important for this job as they need to accurately represent the majority of the people in the market the add runs.

However, the majority of brands do not have ethnic restrictions.

Ethnicity – Han, Chinese, Undefined

Skills – Piano

Gender – Males

Ages – 25-40

In addition to seeking the exact ethnicity we also search for people with no defined ethnicity.

Audition call – or cast from card

Audition Call

The agency, director / photographer, and the brand select a long list of people they think will represent the project. These people are asked to either come in for an audition, send new photos, or perhaps have a video conference.

Cast from Card

Sometimes all they need is to see your face, and they will book on the spot. This all depends on the logistics involved, budget and timing. 

Audition / Photocasting

You will be asked to join an audition at a certain time and location. 

Sometimes there will be lines for a motion camera, sometimes its just photos.

Booking

Agencies, brand reps and the creative team choose the final talent who are then sent contracts and you are considered booked.
