Prior to completing the intake form take a moment and find a few appropriate photos:
- Main Profile photo – Ideally a tighter head shot, no hat, no sunglasses, no other people in the photo
- Additional photos – Please choose at least 5 more photos to send us. The can be full length, tight, hats and sunglasses and friends. If you are great at a sport, or art etc, try and include images that show that.
